In one of their anniversary issues, Road & Track polled their editorial staff
who selected a mid-sixties Chevrolet Impala with a 350 engine, automatic
x-mission and the police handling package as the best car they had ever
tested.  Now that was an endorsement with some gonads considering it came
from a group of guys who have had their butts in everything from Minis to
Maseratis.
