I managed to find a really nice RX-7 oil cooler in my junkyard trip today!
Quite an impressive piece! Got it for $20 too! Has anyone else added one of
these units to their diesel Vans? If so, where did you locate it? Mine is a
Syncro, so mounting it near the trans is out. If I mounted it where it
'should be' in the front, would that cause too much, if any, pressure drop
in the lubrication system? I plan to connect it to a thermostatic 'sandwich'
block above the oil filter, in place of the factory water-cooled unit.
