I have a light blue (don't know the paint code yet, sorry) 85 Vanagon GL (yes,
rear seat folds). Both of the interior panels in the middle of the bus are
damaged. This is the sliding door interior panel, and the panel exactly
opposite that (where the middle seats usually are - I've removed my middle
seats for more interior room (I would like to put a storage box there)).

I've seen posts on the list of people parting out Vanagons or people who just
have garages full of spare parts. If anyone has what I'm looking for, lemme
know what you need to part (no pun intended) with these items.

Also, is it okay to put sponge foam (like foam packing - but not the peanuts,
slabs of foam) between the metal and the interior panels for
soundproofing/insulation? Obviously tougher to do this on the door, but easy
to do on the opposite wall.
