I wonder what insurance would cost on that...let's see, you'd need liability, comprehensive, collision, workman's comp, business, and fire insurance all for one vehicle...can you imagine being the guy in the back trying to spread pepperoni, cheese, and sauce in a moving van, with a scorching hot oven inches away...and the sanitation problems...uck.
