Could somebody help me with this problem. When I turn on the left blinker it is blinking so fast that you almost can't see it blink in daylight.....

<went to check the lights on the van in the rain>
At night only the rear light is like a strobe. The front light doesn't blink...lol  
Is this the classic way the van tells you, you have a blown bulb??
