My wife and I are planning a trip from Iowa south to the Louisiana bayou
country, to New Orleans, and a bit beyound.  The question I have for the
group is, should we go east or west from New Orleans for 2-3 days slow
drive and sighseeing.  Which way has the best scenery, most attractions
of what kind, etc.  We'll be starting out next week sometime, probably
later in the week.
