Listees,

I wanted to put the word out that I'm back at Volks-Motorsports and
that e-mail will now be processed in a manner similar to that in the
past. If you want to place orders quickly calling the shop (Volks Caf)
831-426-1244 is the most effective way to do that.

As Many of you know I've been a source for either Hard to find parts,
both new or used and I've been doing other projects in the Vanagon arena
too. I plan to still offer the fast service in ordering that many of
you got used too as well as being here to answer questions or point you
in a direction to get your needs met.

I will be doing many different things with Vanagon Products and the
VMS web site will be undergoing a face-lift.

All of the "Consumables" that the everyday VW owner will need are
available as well as the Products to make the Vanagon go faster and
handle better. I've been working on a number of things as of late and
will be sharing this info with you both on the List and on the VMS web
site.

E-mail response will be as quick as possible, phones are answered from
9-6 PST at the 831-426-1244 # by the counter staff of Volks Cafe for
your ordering needs. We may not have the Deep Discount Price, but we
have the items in stock and can ship the same day if contacted before
2:00PM PST. We will do our best to give the best pricing available, but
as we all know there are some out there that can't be touched price
wise. Now Service, speed and knowledge are key elements too and you'll
find a wealth of knowledge in our parts staff as well as efficiency in
our Shipping Dept.

We have Many Used Parts and the resources to find quality Used Parts
too. If we don't have it we more than likely know where to get it.

For those of you who've been past customers and those new customers
too we hope the changes in our procedures are positives for you. Our
goal is to provide fast efficient service to assist you in keeping your
Vw's running.
