On 9/21/98 11:49 AM, Joseph Roy eloquently inscribed >Has anyone found a effective way of keeping mice out of their Westy? I yich. well I thought this was a good time to mention that warmth seeking spiders have a habit of crawling in the propane exhaust port and settling in for the winter. they are attracted by the smell of propane. After they spin webs everywhere, you propane refrigerator may not work! That is why I am writing this. My 84 wolfsburg westy has a piece of hardware screen behind the vent cover (round with hold in the middle for the screw). It keeps these guys out and the propane has continued to work well after it was fixed last summer... -peace Ed Stevens Valley Forge PA
