As a ASI Riviera camping veteran, I second the Jiffy-Pop
recommendation.  Don't leave home without it!  We also keep a couple of
cans of generic "International Coffee" of various flavors on board.  On
a cold (coolish) morning, it's as good as hot chocolate for the kids and
we enjoy a cuppa while waiting for the coffee to brew.  Ramen noodles
are always on board too.  Stop by the store and pick up a baquette,
apples and some gouda or brie and maybe a bit of wine and you gotta
picnic with your lover!
