There were some posts a few months back asking about finding/creating lettering for a model of a Westfalia. Did anyone actually create the proper lettering for a 1/24 model? I found a Revell/Monogram model of a Early Westi a couple of weeks ago and would like to put the correct Westfalia lettering on it. My son & I are having a great time putting this one together. I'm tempted to go overboard with the detailing on it though . . . . . . . The model is very interesting as to the accuracy of the model in relation to a '80 Westi (of which I am very familiar). I'll make a separate post in a couple of weeks on the accurate and the few non-accurate features. (I'll be on vacation W, TH, & F next week) so it'll have to wait. - Jeff Iwanna21/23windowsunroofDeluxewalkthru! to be used for daily driving '80 Westi (2) BOTH FOR SALE '80 Westi model in assembly/paint mode, 1/24 scale '66 Bus, Kombi FOR SALE '22 Piano, upright Kohler & Cambell FOR SALE '67 Sqbk '64 Ford Crewcab '87 Subaru 4WD '97 Nissan Quest Grass Valley, California, USA Jeffrey.Carver@Aerojet.com
