FYI, I know it's not original VW glass, but today I'm having a new front windshield installed for $145 on the '85 rustfalia. That includes removing the old cracked windshield, installing the new one and the price of the windshield! I bought a new seal from Kyle Wade at Volksmotorsports for $40!!! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------- tony tri-state transporters '57 oval beetle (melanie's :-) '60 westy '85 rustfalia '97 golf trek (melanie's too :-) "rusty or not the stars are just as bright and the campfire just as warm and the bed just as cozy" -len alcamo http://moorelab.com/tristatetransporters.html http://moorelab.com http://bluejordan.com ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------- ---------- > From: Sean Bartnik <sbart7kb@www.mwc.edu> > To: vanagon@gerry.sdsc.edu > Cc: type2@type2.com > Subject: Windshield FOUND > Date: Friday, September 12, 1997 5:26 PM > > > Hey all, > OK, found a windshield for my '81 locally, used with a couple of very > small rock chips.
