Didn't somebody have a problem witht he gasket on their gas cap 
expanding?  I just filled up yesterday, and noticed I have the same thing!
And Ihave a brand new gasket!  I just made it a couple of weeks ago.

I wonder if it is the fuel formula they are pawning off on us...
