We have a problem with one of the stove top burners in a 1991 westy.  The left burner works as expected, nice steady flame at all settings.  The right burner, however, burns unevenly, with a bit of a sputter, and when the flame is adjusted it poofs out.  The flame itself is blue, not yellow or discolored. 

Before taking apart the stove top I thought I would ask if anyone has had this issue.
