Beyoody, you clever bugger!

But also, Alistair, if you jumper 12V from the post in the wiring box to
coil positive side, that's the same as turning the key on.  And if you
jumper either one of the spade terminals on the starter (both 50 terminals)
to 12V it will crank.  I dunno how that is to reach on a Syncro -- easy on
a 2WD.
