Hi all - my hazard signals are only working on the driver's side and not
the passenger side front or back.  With lights on or off they only work on
the driver's side front and rear.

The turn signal indicators all work otherwise under regular use.

Is this pretty much a relay issue or is there possibly another cause?  This
is a 1986 Westfalia Syncro.
