Have you seen the battery boxes I built into my previous Syncro? I cut out
the original boxes and fabricated deeper ones to fit group 27 Lifeline AGM
batteries, one in each side, tied together with 1-gauge cable so they acted
as one large 200Ah battery bank. With the ease of starting the TDI I didn't
install a separate starting battery. The van is heading on a long adventure
