Hi folks,

I’ve learned about great Vanagon, Camping, and related items each year from reports of Christmas gifts. Anyone have some to share?

For me this year I received a package of various magnetic colorful flowers. I have a white Westfalia so I’m looking forward to having the option to make it colorful on demand and keep it simple other times. I’m really looking forward to the first group camp out and having people arrive with my usual conservative van covered in wild flowers. As the magnets are easily moved around I can change the scene as needed. My van is like a blank slate so Other themes would be great. I think my van would make a great aquarium with colorful magnetic fish.

A bonus is the magnetic dog paws I also received.

I did gift myself the 1 pound propane refill kit and also the little buddy heater. The discussions on list made these sound like great additions and I’m looking forward to using them.

Spring projects caused by Christmas van presents, include , new throttle cable, gas tank re seal kit, and clam shell modifications.

So, any Vanagon related or camping related gifts to share?

Best
