Time for Cunegonde's engine 1.9 -> 2.1 swap.

I'd prefer Scott to do it if possible.
If not, I will ask the list wisdom again on PDX mechanic choices for the
OEM exchange or Volvo replacement. I have both engines and most of the
other bits, such as the 2.1 waterpump retrofit and Volvo fuel mgmt/wiring
harness.
