My favorite cup holder I got from Sears.  It pays homage to the spring
loaded hinge; it has six (6) hinges per side that pop the contraption out,
driven by one rubber band.
Otherwise I use single cup holders mounted forward of the shifter- be
careful when shifting into reverse.
