Cold weather has brought about belt noise on start ups. Squeals like heck, I
shut it down and restart, it starts squealing again, I shut it down and
restart. Many of you probably know the scenario. Eventually it stops
squealing and all is well.

Alt belt looks to be perfect tension and in good condition.

Got answers, techniques, things to look for, sure fixes, belt
recommendations?
