Yesterday I got caught in a terrific rainstorm. Turned on the wipers
and the worked fine. Got to my destination just as the rain tapered off,
but the wipers were still running in the final moments as I parked.
Turned the wipers off, shut the engine down, and went into the building
to take care of business. Much later, when I went to leave, I hit the
wipers to remove residual water from the windshield, and no joy. .They
refused to budge.  I have not been able to get them to work since. I
pulled the circuit breakers and all appeared well.

Anyone have any experience with this, or ideas?
