The AC power pack is an add-on, if it is indeed not in the box then they should send you one and tell you how to attach and connect it. FWIW, I've only run mine on AC very briefly, as I get 5-7 days on the 100 a/h deep cycle battery. I ordered, paid for, and had listed on my invoice the ac/dc model, but the box was for the dc only model. I'd really like the versatility of the ac/dc model for the few times that I do camp with ac power available. Otherwise need to have a batter charger connected at the same time, and when I've done this for two days before it became very hot. > >I'll be alright as long as they are willing to ship out the correct model without waiting for the old one to come back- I need to have this installed in time to leave for Buses of the Corn a week from Thursday. > >What have most other people installed- dc only or ac/dc models? > >Ed Duntz
