I recently troubleshot my driver's power window problem which turned out
to be that the motor was bad.
Well, the motor shaft was rusted as it comes out of the body of the motor.

Has anyone experienced this? Can you take the motor apart to fix it?
I'm guessing that it is important to have the shaft lubricated with
grease so that the shaft does not pick up moisture and rust.
