I am tackling the arduous job this weekend of replacing my blower moter (1982 Vanagon). As I am reassembling the two halves of the shell, I'm wondering if I should use some kind of caulk or sealant around the edges of the two halves. Any suggestions? Paul Chubbuck in Fort Collins, CO
