Hi all. This is for my Jetta 2.0 into Vanagon conversion. I'm considering 1- 1/4" EMT 90* pieces as transitions from Jetta upper/lower rad hose, to marine hose, which would connect to long Vanagon pipes. I'll be bracing these EMT/marine hose pieces. Anyone had good results (i.e. no leaks!) using EMT? If so, did they run a bead of JB or ? to make a "lip" like a standard cooling system pipe or just double clamp? If this stuff fits in the engine bay (large radius in bend I"m sure) it sure would be nice!
