Hi Volks,

I just harvested a hard plastic emergency brake handle cover from an '86
Vanagon and am wondering if anyone knows if it'll fit me '81.5 Diesel
Westy.  This is the base cover, not the grip handle.  I just finished RR'ing
the floor area betwixt the seats and don't want to remove it all again only
to discover my original rubber booty works better than the hard plastic one
or the newer one won't fit at all.

I just realized I shoulda posted this on the diesel list but perhaps you
guys/girls will know the answer.  You seem like know-it-alls, er you seem to
know a lot!
