I'll be the first to step up and state that in no way, shape or form is
the Tour-rag more capable off-road or for that matter most of the type
of trips I use my Syncro for. Oh, and no kitchen, comfy sleeping spot
for four, etc. etc. If fact, no comparison on any level for the things
that matter most to the majority of Syncro drivers. Oh wait! VW didn't
DESIGN it as a T3 replacement, that's why. That would be the T4 and more
recently T5.

Okay, okay...yes, the T-rag does have it's place and undoubtedly is
'better' in more modernistic ways. But I ain't buying it. :-)
