How fast should the engine turn over in a Vanagon?  My starter sounds
rather labored and slow, though it does start up with no problems
otherwise.  It's worse when the engine is warm, which seems odd
though I guess that would tend to indicate an issue with the starter
rather than the battery?  Thoughts?
