Must the replacement bushings be "tach welded" into place like factory or are they safe w/o it because.....where would they go to anyway? The bolt, arm, bushings, etc. make a tight fit with no margin for movement w/o tach, correct? Pls. confirm as this is a SAFETY CONCERN.... Thanks Larry Ga.
