I'm thinking of taking out my upper bunk to replace it with storage. If
you've done that, could you give me some info on how?  If you have photos on
the web, that would be cool too.  

I know this has been discussed before - feel free to p-mail me if you don't
want to clutter the list with it before.

How hard is it to put the upper bunk back in if I decide to do that?
