Last June 5, Tabe Johnson posted a complete how to on this problem to
the list so that the archives would have it all in one post.

Easily found in less than 2 minutes from start to finish along with 16
other posts since January 2006, with a search of "key code" in the
subject line for that time period.  But everyone might not know to
search for the term  "key code."   The same post also can be found in
about the same time, though maybe 30 seconds longer, with a search of
the simple word "key" in the subject line for the same time period.

Other posts that turn up have "lost keys" in the subject line, so that
term used in this post would get you the necessary info, though maybe
not Tabe's definitive post - one to read, cut and paste and save to your
hard drive if you haven't learned this before from the innumerable times
it has been posted because all of might lose our keys someday.
