Well some of you list members may know Ihave been using por15 to paint vanagon parts. It really does stick. I have a very difficult wire wheeling it off,if I paint the wrong areas.Sometimes I cannot get it off this way. Sometimes sand paper has a difficult time scratching it. Why not scratch up the insides of the coolant tubes and paint them with POR15? Several coats, with each coat getting tacky, first.POR 15 is good to 572degrees F. Use a tooth brush to apply the marine clean , metal ready, and finally the paint.Maybe sand the interior up a bit. --------------------------------- Access over 1 million songs - Yahoo!
