how does this work?
 Hello , Does anyone know how this is supposed to work? I have been able to remove all the valves, but I cannot get this thing to compress the springs enough to put the keepers back on. Got all these valves to install,but cant. Is there a special trick? I borrowed this from Advance Auto.Roger
