When I started this reply, I had not checked the Speedhut site recently and
was not aware that they were now selling the fuel pressure gauges as well.
Well, I've just checked them and its obvious that they have added additional
gauges to the line. In my opinion, these are the best automotive gauges available.

As to your accuracy statement, the specification says that the sender returns
a signal over the range of 0.5 to 4.5 V. So! Corresponds to max to min range
and is probably measured to 1 mV. accuracy.

As to your temperature gauge statement, my experience with the sender types I
described stands. Typical OEM gauges use far less accurate methods of
displaying temperature. The Speedhut gauges are serious units and I'll stand behind
my inferred performance. Readout to the degree with modern gauges is limited
only by the eye's interpolation performance.
