Hello list,
    Can anybody give me any info on what areas of NM
require emmisions testing?  I did a google search, and
all I came up with was Albuquerque, and Bernalillo
County....Is this the only area that it is required
in?  Also, I could not find info on what is tested,
and what the exemptions are...Hoping to eventually
move there, but would like a heads up, as theres no
testing in MN right now.
