Hello All,

Can someone help me out removing 3 items:

Item 1: Cig lighter

This is one that has the green ring and the light that plugs into the back
of it. I am guessing that the metal part comes out leaving the green ring
behind? How? What about the green ring?

Item 2: Heater cover plate,  It seems to be held on by 2 small black molded
tabs. Looks easy to put on, just push, but getting it off?

Item 3: Rear air duct gasket (?) non-moving louvers in the door frames,
latch side, with felt and small black louvers.
