Saw a brochure for bilstein oil cleaning of your engine, gets all the old oil out, so your engine is as clean as when you first bought it (internally)... has anyone done this??? 

Last time I was this impressed was when I saw a brochure for aquapel treatment for windows by PPG, it was ten dollars... I finally go to get it, and now its fifteen and they're out of it everywhere.. I guess it works too good.
