Ya mon.  Get some magnets, glue the magnets to the bottom of hula girl.
Stick hula girl to metal part of dash.  VOILA!  You have a girl you can take
with you!  Just don't tell me what you plan on doing with her when you do,
you sicko.. ;-)

Seriously, I use that method to secure models of Samba busses to my dash
without harming the precious paint.  You can also use fridge magnets to
decorate the vertical part of the dash that faces the passenger.
