Thanks everyone for your suggestions.  Unfortunatley
Im not 100% sure what the problem was.  I put in a new
ignition coil but it didnt start after that...  I
reconnected a few wires - one to hall and one to the
coil, disconnected and reconnected the ecu and she
started up no problem.  probably a wiring issue as i
have plenty of those.. but shes ready (almost) for the
holidays,
