Now that the weather has cooled off my vanagon has taken up the annoying
habit off running the idle around 3500 rpm. It appears that the cold air
valve is stuck wide open or is being told to go wide open. If I disconect the
plug from the valve the idle returns to normal. Anybody ran into this before?
