Hi all,
90 westy syncro.  My windshield washer has been gradually weakening over the
past few weeks (jets don't shoot as high on the windshield, and it takes
longer and longer for them to start).  This morning, the washer took even
longer than normal, and then just a trickle came out.  I then noticed a wisp
of smoke coming from the switch on the steering column.

I haven't even begun to troubleshoot, but thought I'd ask if others have
seen this.  I'm thinking maybe the pump is dying and overloading the washer
switch?

Anyway, thoughts/suggestions appreciated.
