I have an '80 vanagon with 135k on it with a bad engine.
I think it has dropped #3 valve and has a lower engine knock sound.
Base model, nothing fancy, in Sacramento.
Do you think I will break even if I put another engine in it and sell it? Or
should I bother at all?
