I couldn't resist the temptation to promote a Vanagon upgrade on ebay:

I've got two silver doors from an '86 or '87 model.  They include
power windows and door locks, updated mirrors, harness and relay.
 They were going to be installed in my '85 Westy as a nice little
upgrade, but I'm now decided that it would be smarter to sell the
doors to raise money for school.  If any one wants to stop by for a
