we just bought an 87 westy, and would like to remove the sink, stove, and refridgerator unit to make room for some shelves (don't think we'll be using the stove or sink much). we have seen a couple that have had this done, and it doesn't seem to be too hard, but we were wondering if anyone has any tips or suggestions before we begin. does anybody know if there is anything we need to watch out for electrically speaking or otherwise?

thanks for any help!
