Hey, i think your computer has been infected with a virus ... i got it from
you on both the vanagon list AND the vanagon spare list. the spare
list one had two attachments with it, and definitely look like virus
attachments to me.
If you got an e-mail from me with an attachment I DIDN'T INTENTIONALLY SEND
IT!!
DO NOT OPEN IT. DELETE IT!!
> I didn't send this message out!!!
> I don't know how it posted to the list.. Sorry
Gang!!
==========
I just popped in from camping to download e-mail. Guess what? I was
unknowingly sent a worm virus from a friend ( WHO I KNOW PERSONALLY, SHE
WILL BE BUMMED IT WAS SENT FROM HER.)
I just downloaded NORTON some of the list members suggested.
My PC had 6 files infected and all were cleaned.
================
IF YOU OPENED IT GO TO: http://www.norton.com and get their SirCam virus
get-ridder
stuff.
To ensure the recipient(s) are able to use the
files you sent, perform a
virus scan on your computer, clean any infected
files, then resend this
attachment.
Attachment: START.EXE
Virus name: W32.Magistr.24876@mm
Action taken: Clean succeeded :
File status: Clean
Apologies to
everyone in my address book!!!
