Here's where I started my packing list.
There is a thread on http://www.westfalia.org/ called "The Ultimate Trip
Checklist". In this thread is an amazing packing list with the name "Camper
Inventory -- 2 month remote country trip" .

I printed this out, marked it up, and came up with my own list. Then I
added sections for "Do-List Before" and "Do-List After" so I'd remember all
those little things you need to do to prepare for a week, or a weekend, on
the road.

Hope this helps.
