Here's the situation.  I've got injection cleaner to put into my van.  I
also have a fuel filter to replace the old one because I ran my tank dry
and I think I hane rust particles clogging the filter causing
inconsistant acceleration (or juttering as I press on the gas)  What
should I do first. Replace the fuel filter or add the injection cleaner.
Also, should I run the gas tank down before adding the injection
cleaner?
