Ok, I've read the owner's manual and I've tried to get my rear wiper to operate with no luck.  Is there some trick I'm missing?  My stalk doesn't seem to move in the direction that the manual shows.  What magic combination of movement am I missing?  Maybe I lost a fuse?  Thanks.
