The idle in my van today started to surge when rolling to stop lights. It
would go up to about 1800RPM and then eventually back down. I replaced the
temp II and the O2 sensors.  I did notice while fueling it up ( the ever
present smell of gas that I can't seem to located) that the cheap
aftermarket gas cap I use has a busted seal around it. Could this cause some
sort of vacuum leak in the fuel tank???
