Van has new battery, and new starter. Sometimes it cranks over really heavy and starts (usually after it has been sitting). Sometimes it cranks over really heavy and doesn't start. And sometimes I turn the key and nothing happens. Is this a possible bad connection somewhere. It usually always starts when it is freezing cold out and hasn't been started in hours. But, if I shut it off and try to start it again it won't start??????
